Frontier is a new hybrid elm release from the U. S. National Arboretum, an elm tree of moderate stature with an attractive red Fall color. Frontier is ideal for use in smaller landscapes, along urban streets, and under power lines. Has a high tolerance to Dutch elm disease and natural infections of elm yellows.

  • Shape: Broadly oval

  • Foliage: Glossy green, changing to burgundy in fall
